Progress with Flourish & Blott..........

So work is progressing slowly - there's always more wood to distress and paint, or bits to adjust before the final coming together.  But I'm now at the point where I'm ready to do the fun stuff - like claying and colouring, and, and, and..........

The original doesn't have a chimney so I made one fit.

    I dearly love Rik's designs. You always do such a beautiful job making them too. I will have to get so of those clamps! ;-)

    Hahahaha I use those very same clamps and they work very well indeed!

    Ooohhh, the "hardware" looks sooo delicious! I have always adored the Medieval flavor of the Harry Potter buildings! I assume this is a Rik Pierce house??? Or have you put together your own design? I can't wait to see what you do next!
