I have been working...I have!!

It's been a good month since my last post, but I do have something to show.  A friend asked me to put together a Rik Pierce kit - the Mill - which I don't think Rik does anymore.  One of his earlier creations and stunning when complete - and I can understand why he did not continue running workshops on this one - it takes a long time to completion!!

Anyway, I won't bore you with too many photos of work in progress etc - but just a couple of the completed work - as far as I am required to do that is.  Friend is going to install his own lights and do his own landscaping, which gives me time to move on to my next project - which will be the English Thatched Cottage.

In amongst this, I am still weaving baskets!!

    There can NEVER be too many pictures. I would have loved seeing several more.

  5. So lovely. Your friend is very lucky that you are sharing your expertise with him. If you ever get bored I have a huge victorian house that is far from finished :). IndyPoppy

    1. Oh Wow!! I seriously wish I had the time to get bored!! I currently have 8 Rik Pierce kits waiting for my attention and I too have a huge victorian house (Indy's house) to finish - so I think I will pass on your most generous offer!!
