While we were out clearing and working - look who came to call. He is a carpet python - wonderful for keeping the vermin under control and excellent for keeping other more viscious snakes away!
Isn't he gorgeous?!
Having a break tomorrow so it will be back to work on Tanglewood! I look forward to that.
He looks huge! Good thing you are able to distinguish him from other snakes.
ReplyDeleteDrora has said it all for me. I'd have wet my bloomers if I had seen him.
ReplyDeleteOh GREAT I am so glad to hear you are going to have time to work on Tanglewood. :-)))
Wow! While living in Brazil, here we also have many snakes and to respect all living beings, I am very afraid of snakes. I'm just looking cool. Kisses in your heart.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of the time my sis found a python outside my gate. It was night and she was driving through with her headlights on the snake. She told me she didn't realise it was a snake at first and thought someone dropped a beautiful Prada belt on the floor...haha!
ReplyDeleteI think I would have really freaked out if I should see this carpet snake on my banister. I agree, it is beautiful.
Gorgeous!?!? OMG! If I see that thing on my front porch, I'll jump out of a window, run away screaming and never come back! LOL =D
ReplyDeleteLOL!! Lataina - you took the words right out of my mouth!!
ReplyDeleteHermosa es! pero imponente y ENORME!Ö prefiero verlas de lejos.
ReplyDeleteUn abrazo
It can only be called 'gorgeous' after we remade the scare! :)
